If I could put 0 stars here I would.... Absolutely diabolical customer service, technical support and overall operational management/structure. Avoid at all costs. Was initially sold a product that would sync seamlessly with arguably the biggest business calendar platform in the world (Outlook). However, turned out the sync procedure itself was/is extremely clunky leading on to finding that the bank holidays do not sync across meaning it is practically useless for on-the-go/day to day ...

1 star is too much! The system is OK, although outdated compared to many other 'off the shelf' HRIS. However, customer service is literally abysmal! We have been trying (and failing) to get them to send us an invoice since April (yes, you read that right). I even found the Customer Success Manager's details on LinkedIn and emailed him directly with the subject 'We aren't receiving any invoices' but didn't get a reply. So imagine our surprise when our system access was suspended with no ...

Really good training

Matt was great during the training. Communicated clearly beforehand, throughout and afterwards. The actual training sessions were at a good pace despite having a lot of content to get through. He answered any questions as we went through without losing sight of where we were on the training. Thoroughly enjoyed it, he made us feel we could do this! And very excited to start the PeopleHR journey.

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? People HR is very easy to use, user friendly. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? Some features are hard to find and need to spend some considerable time looking for it. Fantastic training
