An abysmal product

An abysmal product, we used PeopleHR for 2 years through gritted teeth. The whole system has been littered with poor UI, UX, and errors. The system uptime is shocking, and when it is up bugs and usability issues plague your user and admin experience. The customer support is dreadful, often borderline aggressive, in that if you have any issues at all then it is probably your fault. Excellent service, smooth implementation

As a contractor I have to deal with many different systems providers and will always try and utilise the best fit for each of my clients. I am suitably impressed with the team at People HR with a special mention to Josh Kirwan. Josh has been professional, helpful, quick to respond and all round an absolute fountain of knowledge for me whilst I assist my client with the roll out of their product. So good to actually speak with a person…

So good to actually speak with a person as opposed to e chat ! the only reason o have not given 5 start review is because I would prefer this method of contact as the norm.

Rubbish customer services

Got in touch earlier in the week asking for a demo on the ATS but no-one has got in touch. Find customer service on this system/this company just shocking and every query or request takes so long to resolve. UPDATE: PeopleHR - you say you have reached out to me but I have yet to receive an email from you so I'm not sure if you are emailing the wrong address? I have included it on this review for clarification.

The system is ok, it does the job for a reasonable price. Unfortunately though we have received terrible levels of service and communication: - At the last renewal we asked for less licences but they said it was too late to change and they would action this next year - We received an invoice with increased prices and the same number of licences which we disuputed as we have never been notified of the price increase and we had already agreed less licences - It has taken 3 months of going ...

"Best CRM platform ever used"

Logan was such a great help today

Logan was such a great help today. It wasn't an easy fix with no clear solution but he worked through the problem and found a resolution - thank you!! Loved the F1 examples :-)
