Logan was great!

Logan was great. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of PeopleHR and answered each of our questions clearly and concisely. He demonstrated useful functionality that we were not aware and followed up with handy user guides.

Not fit for purpose

Not fit for purpose. Doesn't calculate annual holidays if you are changing your work pattern halfway through the year. All data inputted is acted on immediately - so no pre-population possible - crazy if you want to update a record prior to going on annual leave or something. No way of altering levels of visibility e.g. HR director seeing different level of detail than HR manager - it is an all or nothing viewer. Clumsy helpdesk portal. Awful customer services

Awful customer services. I have been trying to contact them about an issue for a day and a half, and can't get anyone. Every item logged needs far too much information before they even look at it. I had an issue with several employee's holiday balances for months. No priority was given. Their support at the moment says our response time is "a few hours", this is not good enough for HR software!!!

Training overview and additional support

Jordan Moore delivered a brilliant session on training for the People HR System. He also provided additional support and tailored a bespoke on site consultancy day to assist with the launch. We felt valued and were given a service that responded to our needs as an individual and not a one size fits all mentality. It is clear Jordan is very invested in providing the best experience possible .
