Poor usability
Poor usability. The interface is awkward and confusing. Seemingly two main areas, one left hand panel, and then dash board with another left hand panel. Have trouble finding diary/planner and can't cancel leave once booked, has to go via manager.

Just avoid it.
I have implemented and used quite a few HRIS over the years and People HR a couple of years ago was absolutely amazing! Really simple , quick responses and problems solved. Fast forward 2 years and it is a very different experience! Customer service is a non existent thing. I had manage to brute force through a few issues by contacting old sales contacts but even this is now not working as seemingly these people are now not there. We have been happy with the software…
We have been happy with the software for the several years. We have used it since we started our business in 2018. Good for small companies just like they say. We are starting to outgrow it now as we’ve reached 50 members of staff, but has done the job over the years.

We selected Access People HR as they…
We selected Access People HR as they were the only company that integrated to our payroll system (or so we were told) Over 1 year later and the system still does not integrate to our payroll system. It is an outright lie. I would recommend to anyone that is told the same to ask “can i see this live” before commiting or have a working trial prior to commitment, and dont except anyones word that it will work. Jordan Moore, a great asset!
Jordan Moore was our consultant for a massive data migration project following acquisition, where two systems needed to be integrated. Jordan was so personable throughout the process, supporting and advising at every step as well as going over and above to resolve some of the bumps in the road. The end product was a seamless transfer to achieve a major company milestone, and we cannot thank him enough.

Supportive from the beginning
From start to finish, switching HR platforms was a smooth and easy process. As a HR team of one, this was a big task to take on, but I was supported the whole way through. Transparent and open communication, detailed support guides and a knowledgeable team. Feedback from my colleagues has been incredibly positive and they are really impressed with the new system.

I use this as my employer insists on making us use this trash. face id does not work more often than it does work. my work friends complain about it for different reasons. all the problems seem unique to each of us. our manager just tells us to unistall and reinstall which temp fixes the issues.
