Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Logged a tech support request on the People HR platform, only to receive an email hours later, advising that I need to register for the 'customer success platform' to raise a ticket there. Registration could take up to 48 hours. Registered. Cannot find tech support. Clicked on 'contact' and was advised that 'you don't have any contact support, contact your account manager'. Guess what? Great system and helpful contacts

Jake from sales team and Beth from project team were very helpful and responsive during our initial fact finding and subsequent setup of the system. The system does exactly what we need and is easy to navigate, was easy to set up the basics and has a lot of scope for us to expand our use going forward

A series of complaints over time

A series of complaints over time, dealt with poorly. Recently, our account was suspended for an unpaid bill (which had been paid), delaying our payroll. This was after a misdiagnosis recommending a migration process for which we had to - unnecessarily call IT support consultants. Support team were unable to tell me why our paid up account was suspended and took no initiative to find out for me as though the problem was mine to solve. Not worth the headaches

None existent Customer Service & Support. Billing is inconsistent, incorrect and the company refuses to itemise their invoices so you can see what you are being billed for. This could actually be a good system but its just about ok for small businesses with less than 20 employees. Avoid if you are planning any sort of growth. And good luck to you if you experience issues over the weekend.......

Matthew - great experience, great asset to the company

Matthew made the 2 x 3 hour long sessions very easy listening and super informative. I felt I got the most from the sessions with Matthew's personable manner, supporting and advising along the way. The system seems a good fit for a company like ours with less than 50 employees - simple system, user friendly & easy to navigate

Something is very, very, very wrong

I feel so bad about my first glowing report after my experience today that I’ve come back to share the other side. I was glowing about PeopleHR when we moved across in 2022, but today I had first hand insight into how horrific it must truly be for those who wrote less than favourable reviews. Awful customer service

We have had such a frustrating experience with People HR and after only a handful of months have decided to move to another provider. The software isn't intuitive, help is limited but my biggest gripe is the utter absence of customer service. We have been billed the wrong amount, and sent inaccurate account statements repeatedly. I've sent 20+ emails (to the accounts department, a named individual, credit control), all of which have been unanswered. Avoid at all costs.
