"Great insight"

What do you like best about People.ai? Really love being able to see at a glance what my team is getting done throughout the day. What do you dislike about People.ai? It only updates on the hour. Would be helpful to be able to really see in real time. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? No real problems. It's given me a way to see how much activity my team is actually engaging in and what is automated to go out on their behalf.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about People.ai? I don't have to track or log anything by myself. people.ai takes care of it all What do you dislike about People.ai? I've used other similar products in the past that are far worse so i can't think of anything What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? My emails are logged automatically to all my accounts so I can track who i've emailed very easily

What do you like best about People.ai? I like the goal setting feature. I also like the leaderboard rankings and how it ingests my emails & calls.I think its a helpful sales intelligence tool that allows me to ensure I am pacing towards my activity goal every way. What do you dislike about People.ai? The time it takes to refresh my activity. Sometimes there is a 2-3 hour lag. I wish the activity synced over a little quicker. "Great "hands-off" insights into sales activity"

What do you like best about People.ai? It's nice to get information about a lot of sales activity without having to ask employees to do anything. What do you dislike about People.ai? I think some insights and activities are not always mapped as accurately as I'd like What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me mostly with inspection of sales activity with a distributed remote team.

"Good product but not sure if I'm using it to the fullest."

What do you like best about People.ai? I like how People.Ai works well, integrates with our CRM and other tools, and is great for tracking productivity. What do you dislike about People.ai? I do not think we are using the features to the fullest, I use it primarily to track calls / emails and meeting time activity and compare it to my peers. "seems like good metrics"

What do you like best about People.ai? ability to see how team is doing. good for staying balanced between emails phone meetings What do you dislike about People.ai? the phone aspect is tough because it has to route through 3rd party app rather than using your own phone number. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? good to see how my co-workers are doing and where i can do better

"The thing just works"

What do you like best about People.ai? Imports all contacts from conversations that I've had. What do you dislike about People.ai? Not sure exactly how it counts the metrics for daily activity. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? The main benefit is being able to update conversations and contact to SFDC. Great to also see the activity metrics.

"Good product to track you own activities and set minimum benchmarks that you want to achieve."

What do you like best about People.ai? The fact that I can set up how many accounts I want to touch, how many opportunities I touched and how many cold emails I want to send out. What do you dislike about People.ai? The tool is only as good as the input it gets. Sometimes the tracking doesn't work well and I think this is because of the connection it needs to have with SFDC.
