What do you like best about People.ai? It is native in Salesforce, easy to report on in Salesforce. It was easy to implement and is easy to use. I appreciate the mapping of fields set-up and bi-directional sync with Salesforce. It tracks the basic reporting structure as well as relationships and other attributes of each stakeholder. What do you like best about People.ai? Graphs and the user interface is easy to read. It's good to see a quick snapshot and filter by dates and productivity tasks. What do you dislike about People.ai? Might be on an error on our end, but sometimes calls are not tracked in People.ai even though we have a system of record for it in our VoIP system. What do you like best about People.ai? Closeplan has the flexibility to work with whatever Sales framework you choose. the team is amazing to work with, assist and train as needed.
