"Intuitive and easy-to-use deal scoring"
What do you like best about People.ai? ClosePlan makes proper deal scoring easy because it is embedded in SFDC natively. The features are also inuitive. Making relationship maps native and easy to use means reps actually make them. As a sales leader, my favorite feature is the spider chart because it condenses all of the detail into one simple view for sales leaders to spot deal weakness areas. What do you like best about People.ai? Intuitive UI which allows sales reps to interact and complete Account Plans and Org Maps to focus on key players when selling What do you dislike about People.ai? Without the support from ClosePlan, training might be burdensome as there is quite alot to cover What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? ClosePlan allows the reps to focus on selling instead of looking in multiple places for next steps

What do you like best about People.ai? We sell different products and can customise close plan depending on the make up of the deal very easily. Support team are very quick to respond to requests for upgrades/changes. What do you dislike about People.ai? Any reporting needs to be custom reports set up by CP or a SFDC administrator. What do you like best about People.ai? Very simple, intuitive user interface; sits on top of Salesforce with minimal disruptions to our normal workflow. What do you like best about People.ai? Its a easy to use tool/service with an excellent support. The support team at Closeplan is very responsive and helpful. I was able to make updates to the existing installation in a very small time frame.
