At the start it took a bit of time to learn the ropes and all the functionality. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometines the sequence of emails or information is not properly aligned to an account, person etc.... but that may be more of a configuration issues than a capabity issue. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Quickly obtaining historical views on customer interactions.
