What do you like best about People.ai? The overview of the team and be able to scroll down deeper from there. What do you dislike about People.ai? Some dashboards could be done simplier for the user. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Its an easy way to benchmark my team against other. You can see where we have little activity or SOI on deals.

What do you like best about People.ai? I like the daily re-caps on my team's activity. Really helps to get a sense on trends, high vs. low performers, etc. What do you dislike about People.ai? For what I use people.ai for, I don't have many dislikes of the product. You're able to move the data around pretty easily and it gives a lot of detail! What do you like best about People.ai? I find myself opening People.ai to make sure that I am keeping up with my teammates. Without it, i would have to either guess or do a lot of manual tracking. What do you dislike about People.ai? The data isn't always accurate, but that could be due to my company's data inputs. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to see many different aspects of my business in one place.

"Inconsistent data and platform that overpromises "AI" - not helpful to sellers"

What do you like best about People.ai? Very little - this was rolled out to our organization without thought, and provides limited/no value to sellers What do you dislike about People.ai? It's a watchdog tool for sales managers to weaponize data - most sellers hate this and RUN from their companies when this crap gets rolled out (trust is gone apparently), especially when the data is VERY inaccurate but billed as a sellers best friend. What do you dislike about People.ai? There is nothing I'd change at the moment. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Optimizing engagement by using the data to optimize revenue generation.

What do you like best about People.ai? I like the auto creation of contacts in our CRM the best as this was the biggest struggle we had for getting our users to input their data. I think the embedded lightning pages could be designed a bit more compact to take less space on the screen as it is shared real estate with other components within Salesforce. What do you like best about People.ai? I like the metrics the best. It provides insight into how many meetings and emails I had for the day and the overall week as well.
