What do you like best about People.ai? The onboarding team was amazing and super attentive to our needs and what we needed to get from people.ai. What do you dislike about People.ai? N/A - I've truly enjoyed working with people.ai on all fronts! What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? We're lightening the workload for salespeople by removing the need for them to manually log their activities.

"Powerful automation and insights!"

What do you like best about People.ai? People.ai does a pretty darn good job of syncing my email and meeting into Salesforce.com so that my metrics and KPIs are current. It frees me up to do more selling activities than having to go log everything into Salesforce. I also like the dashboards and analytics it displays and helps with identifying places to go prospect and build more activity. What do you dislike about People.ai? It has, on occasion, "missed" the correct opportunity or account ...

At times, when our clients place meetings in our calendars, the engagement may not appear in People.ai What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about People.ai? People.ai gives an easy overview of team activity, from meetings to email to calls. What do you dislike about People.ai? While the overall experience is great, I do wish that call tracking was more accurate. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? People.ai helps with tracking and leveraging KPI to improve overall team performance.

What do you like best about People.ai? Customer service and business partnership would be the best, our team is quick to assist with new scenarios, any issues, and ideation whenever possible. What do you dislike about People.ai? Not a ton of visibility into the tool from an integration perspective, the admin cannot see a list of fields the tool writes to which would be helpful at times. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Activity tracking for Sales and SDR's, ...

"Intuitive, concise and transparent"

What do you like best about People.ai? I liked that we can view activity depending on time spent on tasks and the number of tasks achieved daily. As someone who works with KPIs, it's a great way to check and balance what my goals are for the week and if I'm spending ample time for each activity. What do you dislike about People.ai? I couldn't really think of what I do not like with how the analytics are sorted out. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps ...

What do you like best about People.ai? People.ai provides great insights to any sales leader on how engaged their team is and it is a great tool to have in your toolbox! What do you dislike about People.ai? There is nothing that I dislike in particluar Recommendations to others considering People.ai: go for it! What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Pople.ai has helped clarify how engaged the Sales team is with prospects and where prioritization needs to be done.

What do you like best about People.ai? PeopleAI's user interface is very easy to use, and as someone who uses it to track my progress with client interactions I am easily able to see where I can improve my practices. What do you dislike about People.ai? I wish I was able to see more week over week, month over month, etc. progress. I want to see how I am improving. This could very much be a limitation of what my company offers but I would like it in my view. What problems is People.ai ...
