"Inconsistent data and platform that overpromises "AI" - not helpful to sellers"
What do you like best about People.ai? Very little - this was rolled out to our organization without thought, and provides limited/no value to sellers What do you dislike about People.ai? It's a watchdog tool for sales managers to weaponize data - most sellers hate this and RUN from their companies when this crap gets rolled out (trust is gone apparently), especially when the data is VERY inaccurate but billed as a sellers best friend. What do you like best about People.ai? i like the fact you can see a comprehensive high-level overview of the sales team, the fact it extracts the information from Salesforce as our primary CRM, and the management team can see where performance arises and where it needs a little bit more support. "A great tool to track activities!"
What do you like best about People.ai? The onboarding team was amazing and super attentive to our needs and what we needed to get from people.ai. What do you dislike about People.ai? N/A - I've truly enjoyed working with people.ai on all fronts! What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? We're lightening the workload for salespeople by removing the need for them to manually log their activities.

What do you like best about People.ai? Great UI, accurate data. Stack ranking is helpful to understand where the best reps are & what you can focus on to improve What do you dislike about People.ai? The drill down features are limited to end users. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Salesforce doesn't have accurate data in terms of # of meetings occurred or how sales reps spend their time, but People ai does

"Powerful automation and insights!"
What do you like best about People.ai? People.ai does a pretty darn good job of syncing my email and meeting into Salesforce.com so that my metrics and KPIs are current. It frees me up to do more selling activities than having to go log everything into Salesforce. I also like the dashboards and analytics it displays and helps with identifying places to go prospect and build more activity. What do you dislike about People.ai?
