What do you like best about People.ai? I love how easy it is to see insights into my activities and KPIs What do you dislike about People.ai? I can't think of any downsides to People.ai What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? People.ai has helped me realize when I'm slipping on certain KPIs, so I can catch and change behavior before it's too late.

Tracking calls is inaccurate; the calls have to be logged a specific way to track in people.ai What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? It is mostly used for tracking purposes, to see how much activity you are doing and your peers

Optimizing engagement by using the data to optimize revenue generation.

What do you like best about People.ai? I like the metrics the best. It provides insight into how many meetings and emails I had for the day and the overall week as well. What do you dislike about People.ai? there isn't really anything I dislike at this time. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? It has just helped me with time management. The benefits are that I like to see my overall work for the week and try to do more the next week by setting personal goals ...

What do you like best about People.ai? My favorite part of the tool is it helps me to understand account engagement, explore new contacts and compete with peers on the leaderboards! What do you dislike about People.ai? Some forms of activity are not tracked easily which can impact the results. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving activity holes and breaks in accounts. I also find it easier to qualify an opportunity by looking at the level of engagement.

What do you like best about People.ai? The ease of use of the platform and the granular ability to perform duties applicable to my role as an admin. What do you dislike about People.ai? Occasionally SAML has issues with logging in which require a reset of the user's browser cache. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Automates much needed manual data entry. Has expedited many tasks as part of the sales process.

What do you like best about People.ai? When I first start a new company, I love to see that they have People AI as it gives me an easy way to "shadow" calls without asking each rep. People AI does a great job of providing recommended content for me to review. Making it easy for me to search for keywords and to find content. What do you dislike about People.ai? "Super useful program for the sales team"

What do you like best about People.ai? I like that it automatically logs activities so that time isn't spent doing this by sales people. It's also quite helpful as it can tell us how much time is being spent with what account. What do you dislike about People.ai? So far there is nothing that I dislike about the software. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping all meetings get logged, so that sales reps can spend their time on high ROI activities.
