What do you like best about Pendo? I use it the most for viewing page views and feature usage. I also use it for inserting surveys and informational guides into our app. It was easy to get up and running. Our developers were able to integrate all three of our web applications to the app.

What do you like best about Pendo? The range of features, tracking and reporting available. We can actively engage with users with guides and NPS, understand how the products are being used and radiate information out across the business using integrations. The set-up is quick and easy and allowed use to start gathering data quickly and then later work out how best to implement and tag the features and pages.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo helps with analytics and makes them more accessible. It is a good starting place for people who have never used more advanced analytics tools or are more scared of analytics.

What do you like best about Pendo? As a user I like the User analytics which gives comprehensive analytics, User behaviour, which feature user have used most and relevant metrics. This helps us making business decisions to improve the user experience.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like the User Event Tracking on pendo, we can create multiple dashboard, reports with many filters. The User experience wise this is the best tool to use. We have implemented multiple reports at ease. We use it almost everyday.
