Corrupted files + Shielded customer service
What do you like best? I thought their Crypto Folder would provide a secure environment for my important files but I was mistaken. What do you dislike? Files become corrupted in pCloud, customer service protects itselfs and looks for ways to blame the customer, ultimately not solving your issues. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do not use pCloud. Your files will corrupt and customer service will try their best to blame it on you and not giving you a refund. ...

Way too slow
Way too slow. I've tried the linux and windows app and if you copy, one single file of 1gb it uploads fast, but if you try to sync (or upload to P:) a bunch of pdf it gets really slow, barley usable (96 Kb/s) maximum.Good for photo backup frome phone, but the speed isue makes it unusable as cloud storage.

My experience with pcloud has been... Good !
Thank you pcloud for refunding the cost of my subscription when it didnt work for me due to the speed limit imposed by google. You have a great simplistic format on the cloud that I was truly hoping to use.

Etant novice dans le Cloud j'ai un peu…
Etant novice dans le Cloud j'ai un peu patiné au départ.Mais grace à un support client réactif et compétent (réponse rapide par mail, même le dimanche) j'utilise pCloud sans problème.C'est vraiment très pratique et le fait de pouvoir tester le produit gratuitement est intéressant .Super!

Upgrade eines Lifetime Plans
Nach dem Upgrade vom Premium Lifetime Plan auf Premium Plus wird der bereits bezahlte Premium Plan einfach gestrichen, das Geld einbehalten und für die Plus Version der volle Preis kassiert.Antwort vom Support: "Leider, wenn man einen Preium Lifetime Plan in einen Premium Plus Lifetime Plan umwandelt, muss die ganze summe des neuen Planes bezahlt werden. Der Speicherplatz erhöht sich aber nicht."

Las búsquedas en Mac no funciona
Las búsquedas en Mac no funciona, en windows si funciona. Me refiero a la versión de escritorio, le das a la lupa y simplemente no encuentra. Con las demás nubes no me pasa. Envíe un email a soporte y se limitaron a decirme que le escribiera en Inglés. Si tienes la web en Castellano no entiendo porque debo escribir en Inglés. Usad google translator por favor...

Je suis cliente pCloud (500 Go Lifetime) depuis fin novembre 2019 (grâce à une grosse promo pour le Black Friday) et je suis extrêmement satisfaite.
