Service-oriented product
Eversince I used pCloud, I am very satisfied with their service. Their offers are affordable, particularly the lifetime plans. Customer service is good, though I would wish that they can provide chat support for premium customers. Also, I have read issues about corrupted files and slow speeds. I never experienced those at all in my almost a year with pCloud. Most of my files are appear to be corrupted mainly because it wasn’t a supported format. Really excellent.It has many features that other cloud services offer so you won't miss them when switching to this service.The part that surprised me the most is the customer care:They are really fast to reply. Corrupted files
I'm totally disappointed by pCloud. I was expecting so much, and I've been many times ready to take advantage of the lifetime offers.Fortunately I haven't.Since I transferred my files from Dropbox (which I've been using for years without a single issue) on my PC (Windows 8), it's been impossible to open any file from my Quicken folder (bank account manager), nor to use anymore "MyPhoneExplorer" with Outlook as I was doing since a long time, the operation corrupting the Outlook file.But ... ...

Not content with the expiration term of the free account
I had a free account which they deleted and I lost all my archived files. This time I didn't receive a notification email to remind me. In May 2019, I do received an email from them that read: "You haven't logged in your account for almost an year.You have 5 days to log in before it is deleted." Ok, I logged in.
