One of the few cloud services offering lifetime storage options, pCloud appeals to users seeking long-term value without recurring subscription costs.
With its optional Crypto add-on, users can encrypt files on their device before upload—ensuring zero-knowledge privacy that even pCloud cannot access.
pCloud includes robust file versioning, allowing users to recover older file versions or undo unwanted changes—especially useful for collaborative projects or error recovery.
Unlike some competitors, pCloud’s zero-knowledge encryption is a paid add-on (pCloud Crypto), which may be a drawback for privacy-focused users on a budget.

Up to now everything is OK
After a bit of testing (uploading 250GB, sharing a folder with someone, sharing files with link) I've finally bought a lifetime variant.Support responded fast for mine questions, and they helped me with a data migration.At least up to this point I can recommend :)

Bon, je continue à recevoir de la publicité pour l'offre Crypo etc. Un peu pénible, mais le service fonctionne, et c'est là l'essentiel. Donc, je commence à m'en servir aussi pour des données professionnelles. seit mehreren Tagen versuche ich meinen Space zu befüllen, grosse dateien brechen regelmässig ab. (unbekannter Fehler: Fehler 100078. Der Service reagiert extrem schleppend. Immer frühestens am nächsten Tag abends. wenn er eskaliert 2 Tage. Ohne Irgendwelche Mitteilung. Habe nun den Download für eine Version 3..9.8 bekommen. Schon die Installation dieser Version hat 5 Anläufe gebraucht, bis sie lief. Geändert hat sich nichts. Jetzt kommt auch noch ein neuer Ansprechpartner um die Ecke und ...

Excellent support et excellent produit. Je n'ai jamais été déçu ni par pCloud ni par le support qui répond efficacement et rapidement à mes demandes. Ils sont particulièrement à l'écoute et arrangeants.Pour ce qui concerne l'outil en lui-même, il suffit de lire la presse spécialisée pour se rendre compte qu'en quelques années pCloud a su se hisser au niveau des autres gros Cloud avec succès... Ce n'est pas un hasard.

New Service
It's only been a week and the service and support have been above average. I am new to cloud storage and am pretty pleased with their direction. I see some other posts on here with very negative input that i have not experienced as of yet and hopefully never will.

Très satisfaite de cette plateforme qui est vraiment pratique d'utilisation, la seule fois où j'ai eu un problème le service client a été très réactif et tout a été résolu dans la journée ! Je recommande.
