I have tried over 15 cloud backup and storage services and pCloud is far the worst. Support is obnoxious and unable to reflect on strange behaviour in their windows app. Accuse a IT professional of 40 years experience of 'not knowing enough about network drives'. The application creates a drive under a letter P:. It should detect an already mapped network drive but it does not in my case. This "service" is completely worthless. There was a brief power outage at my home and my pcloud file directory was completely scrambled. I asked for help from customer support and even after several exchanges they offered no help, just a bunch of irrelevant questions. Recently, I had problems registering a new device, and the customer service answers were wrong and contradictory. They refuse to refund my money. I recommend anyone to stay away from Pcloud. Valida alternativa europea a Dropbox

Servizio Cloud gestito da azienda europea con possibilità di acquistare il servizio con un costo unico per sempre (senza spese mensili). Funziona molto bene, è rapido e ha anche tutte le funzioni che mi piacevano di Dropbox che ho ormai dismesso. Super consigliato!

I have been using PCloud for nearly a year now. I like it very much. I bought lifetime plan on Black Friday last year. Everything is perfect for me with the PCloud service.

Avoid this app

Avoid this app, unless you want to continually upload your files. Moving files within the drive on Windows repeatedly results in having to upload the files again, even though they should already be on the servers! Annoying when im trying to share a folder to a customer and have to wait for upload again!Asked for a pro-rata refund of the rest of my year subscription, to be told refunds can only be done in first 10 days. Terrible service, terrible customer service, avoid!

I love pCloud

I love pCloud. I’m a lifetime subscriber for 3 years now. PCloud replies to emails always within 24 hours. They answer your questions and requests. Also, they try their best to listen to your complaints. There is this one time that my file is being duplicated. They resolved the issue on their side.
