Experience after 2 weeks: overall Okay
I bought the 2TB lifetime. After 2 weeks, i decided to keep it, however, i doubted.I have a dual boot at home, and on my Windows partition (Windows 7, 64-bit) the pCloud program crashes each time i try to open it. The support was quick and responsive (so thanks for that), but the result was not really nice (no solution was found).However, on my Ubuntu partition the program works, and I can backup all my photos which was the main reason I chose pCloud.So bottom line: overall a happy ...

Attention aux offres Lifetime
Le service fonctionne bien, par contre il faut faire attention avec les offres promotionelles car le Lifetime 500Go n'est pas cumulable avec le Lifetime 2To (en gros, vous perdez l'investissement du lifetime 500Go si vous voulez passer au 2To). Client depuis 3 ans, je vais me tourner vers d'autres services pour étendre mon stockage.

A very good service provider and an intuitive app. I liked the way the drivw mounts on computer. Overall all afine cloud service that does what it says. Only thing is they should by default should give client side encryption to all its lifetime users like mega.

Unreliable - Do not use for anything important - Hidden advertisments
I did have high hopes for pcloud. I really wanted for it to work well and move away from google. Sadly pcloud does not work properly and in my experience it cannot be relied upon for anything serious.I downloaded the Mac app at home to check if it was working and hey presto it shows up as a drive in finder.Unfortunately the program on my mac randomly started spamming me everyday day for couple of days which is not good.Today was the fist day I decided to use pcloud seriously and to rely on ...

My experience with pCloud has been nothing other than horrifying and negative. I normally leave positive reviews or none at all, But This is the worst service, worst company I have ever come across. I wish I had read all of the negative reviews before I had purchased their scam of a "service"pCloud states that they will provide a refund if you are unsatisfied with the trial, but this is not the case. 3 stars. Because strange company.They declare that they're secure and encrypted. While it's not. They confuse people who do not understand terminology or what is going on. They replace terms and facts and manipulate them to represent themselves as a secure file storage, while it's not, and "security" part must be purchased as extra addon for a price the same as you pay for storage. I am new to cloud storage and pCloud. I purchased a subscription a few days ago and so far everything works as promised. I chose this service because they support Ubuntu (Linux) and have the option to store the data outside the USA. It seems that very few of their competitors, if any, offer these options. The software works well on a Ubuntu desktop as well as on my Android phone so I am a happy camper.
