Very happy with pCloud
I've been using pCloud for a number of years, first as a free user, now as a lifetime, 2TB user. I use the Windows, Mac, Linux (both GUI and CLI) and Android clients and all have been excellent.Knowing my data is secure and transparently accessible for all of the OSes I use are must have features for me.Support has always been responsive, professional and polite. J'ai créé un compte pCloud en 2018, j'y ai laissé des données importantes pour moi et ils ont supprimé mon compte en 2020 suivant ce mode : - Envoyer un mail avec comme objet "Votre compte pCloud est inactif depuis un certain temps", laisser 60 jours sans mail de relance, ni objet plus alerteur que celui-ci.Résultat, lorsque je souhaite me reconnecter, je me rends compte que mon e-mail n'est plus reconnu. Super Cloud et excellent SAV
Suite à l'installation de pCloud Drive sur un Mac, j'ai eu des soucis d'accès à certains fichiers. Après avoir contacté le SAV, ils ont été très efficaces, très professionnels et leur suivi des incidents au top. Les réponses faites à mon problème ont été adaptées. Ils recherchent vraiment la satisfaction de leur utilisateur. Je ne peux que recommander Pcloud dans son ensemble : un super Cloud et un service SAV excellent!!!

very dissapointed of a company how post it self as very customer friendly but after upgrade to 6tb 5 days later i still get answer . Wenn etwas zu gut ist um wahr zu sein, dann ist es in der Regel nicht wahr.
- Auf der Website wird mit 10 GB kostenlosem Speicher geworben, bekommen tut man aber nur 7 GB (für die restlichen 3 GB muss man Freunde einladen)- Die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Lifetime Storage ist äußerst zweifelhaft. Wie sich das rechnen soll, das wird nirgends erläutert.- Zero-Knowledge Encryption kostet 125€ extra. Standardmäßig werden Dateien nicht verschlüsselt und Dritte erhalten Zugriff auf die Hashes der Dateien. - Der automatische Fotoupload in der iPhone App kann die Bilder nicht ...

Wonderful operation and so easy to use
Wonderful operation and so easy to use. I like their site format and their excellent customer support. I've got all my stuff stored with them so I can rest easy knowing if my house burns down I still have all my stuff on a secure storage site!
