Wonderful operation and so easy to use

Wonderful operation and so easy to use. I like their site format and their excellent customer support. I've got all my stuff stored with them so I can rest easy knowing if my house burns down I still have all my stuff on a secure storage site!

Always with customer oriented mind

pCloud not only provides a reliable and secured cloud storage services, but also work anything to solve my problem. When I tell them I cannot download their app from my App Store, they provide apk file in their website. As I explain to them I have difficulty in payment for premium service, their staff acts quickly to provide an alternative method to facilitate my settlement. They always have customer oriented mind. Wonderful work!

pCloud Drive is Awesome!

PCloud Drive is something I had wished for, for a long time. Then I discovered it. WOW! I really needed to move a large amount of files (hundreds of GBs) off my harddrive as it was getting full. And the "BEST" solution is pCloud Drive. It is a virtual drive that sits on my desktop and I can just drop folders/files into it. J'ai été utilisateur de Pcloud à titre professionnel durant plusieurs années. Maintenant que je suis retraité, Pcloud est pour moi un disque dur dans le cloud disponible partout. Dernièrement un problème d'accès aux fichiers s'est produit sur mon MAC. Le SAV s'est montré efficace rapide et ciblant parfaitement les solutions à apportées, qui ont rétabli les bonnes conditions d'accès à mes fichiers. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Seid einigen Jahren verwende ich pCloud um von verschiedenen Geräten auf meine Daten zugreifen zu können. Ich verwende Linux Mint, MacOS und IOS. Seid kurzem verwende ich die Backupfunktion von pCloud. Die Synchronisation erfolgt immer schnell und zuverlässig. Vor kurzem benötigte ich technische Unterstützung von pCloud. Die Antwortzeit per E-Mail erfolgte innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Die Hilfsmaßnahmen waren ausführlich beschrieben und waren sofort erfolgreich.

All my files were removed.Al my files were removed on the cloud!!!This was done without any approval from me!!This is a serious issue!!!Edit: You are saying pCloud cannot delete files on its own. Yet it happened!!! Nothing changed in my settings!!! I have been running these settings for months now and this is the first time this has happened. Pcloud est un excellent service mais il reste quelques lacunes :- Impossibilité de télécharger des fichiers >200MB via le web- Impossibilité de télécharger un dossier via le web- L'envoi de >100'000 fichiers via le web ou avec l'application Pcloud drive conduit régulièrement à des échecs ou des fichiers manquants
