With its optional Crypto add-on, users can encrypt files on their device before upload—ensuring zero-knowledge privacy that even pCloud cannot access.
pCloud includes robust file versioning, allowing users to recover older file versions or undo unwanted changes—especially useful for collaborative projects or error recovery.
Unlike some competitors, pCloud’s zero-knowledge encryption is a paid add-on (pCloud Crypto), which may be a drawback for privacy-focused users on a budget.

If you want a long-term, safe and secure cloud storage server I recommend you to choose Switzerland's Pcloud, as you know, Swiss stuff is very safe, a good example is Switzerland's bank. Switzerland, it's no coincidence that people say: "Security like a Swiss bank", you can buy a lifetime package of Pcloud, it will be used for 99 years, I have try it and find it great, upload and download speed is not inferior to google drive and onedrive, they have a server very far away i live in vietnam ...

Very good and convenient cloud service
Very good cloud service with a quite convenient lifetime subsciption.The application given for the PC sync/backup is complete and useful despite it would be great to have possibility to sync / backup automatically also the external drives.Also the app for smartphone is quite complete but need more function in a "G Photo" style as it will be convenient to use pcloud app instead of the above.The support is very fast in replying and gives most of the times the perfect solution for the case.

Had a lot of questions about security, pricing and etc so I decided to send a message and although it took some time to answer (the following day or a few hours) they answered all my questions with kindness and a lots of information, even answering following questions on the same email conversation making sure everything was well explained.I'd recommend an improvement though, sometimes people might need a 24/7 live chat to solve important and urgent needs and a phone call to switzerland ...

Cloud performant et SAV réactif
J'utilise pCloud depuis plus d'un an et j'en suis très content. Un souci de synchronisation cette semaine. Le SAV a été très réactif (malgré le fait que je sois encore en version gratuite) et leur réponse m'a permis de régler le problème rapidement. Aucune donnée perdue. Merci !

pCloud is a really fantastic…
pCloud is a really fantastic product/service. It is so easy and intuitive to use. My productivity has improved greatly since I bought the 500 GB lifetime plan. I recently bought another 2 TB. I would like to commend the great customer service. pCloud is way ahead of its competitors. It is expensive but it is definitely worth it. Thanks pCloud!

So far satisfied! Waiting for improvements of iOS integration
So far, many Pro's:- Pricing is reasonable- Data privacy follows EU regulations- Up-/Download speed ist comparable to other services- Response times & quality of customer service is - so far - very good!Three star rating is mainly due to integration of pCloud in iOS operating system. For me, this is not smooth yet and I am always struggeling and using work-arounds.Keep on going :-)

Après 6 mois d'utilisation je suis plus que ravi. J'ai mes données partout ou je vais et plus de souci de sauvegarde. Convivial et bien pensé. Indispensable.
