Reliable service, but difficult to ramp up with
What do you like best? The software interface and reliability of the software and service have been excellent. They offer a robust testing environment that our programmers found easy to work with, dramatically reducing our time to launch. What do you dislike? PaySimple and their ACH processor set limits for how much we can process with them each day and month. We must apply for increases as we approach these limits, and that can take a week or more. We have used the service in our 20 practices for around 5 months
What do you like best? The easy access and viewing capabilities What do you dislike? I wish we could change the payment draw date after the billing schedule is created What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we are solving having to run payment plan payments monthly, which takes a lot of weight off of 20 dental practices.

Very easy to use
What do you like best? Recurring payments is the best feature on PaySimple because you just "set" and "forget." Money flows in later without worrying about billing dates. What do you dislike? Waiting periods to setup an ACH account linked to account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? recurring payments and ease of use.

What do you like best? The software allows me to determine what methods of payment I want to accept. Bank draft works perfectly for my business. I like that I can download income to a spreadsheet or a pdf file. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike. Needs to process payments faster
What do you like best? I like the set up, reasonable processing fees, and convenience. What do you dislike? I don't like the length of time it takes to get the funds. 5 days is beyond ridiculous. Is there a way to speed this up? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automating rent bills and payments is a huge benefit.

What do you like best? I like that they will go out of there way to solve any concern that you may have What do you dislike? I have no dislike with this product. True to its form PaySimple is so easy to use whether you are paying or collecting your invoice
What do you like best? Doing my invoices thru paysimple is easy and user friendly What do you dislike? All the features and programs with Paysimple is good and I do not see anything to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collections of Accounts Receivable is time consuming and hard but with Paysimple collection is a breeze

What do you like best? We love the customer service! The few times we have had a problem in our 10 years with PaySimple, they are quick to respond and quick to resolve! We appreciate that the people we talk with are the same time to time and are friendly every time. What do you dislike? Nothing that really comes to mind as a problem. So easy to use!
What do you like best? Easiest program to use of any I have tried and Very helpful customer service! What do you dislike? Only had minor issues. Mainly user error so As of now. Nothing! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Convenient, easy to setup recurring billing.
