Absolute run around for a refund on a PayPal purchase.I was scammed by a seller on eBay - eBay awarded the refund immediately, however PayPal took forever to get my money back, 4 calls later and nearly 2 months wait because they allowed the scammer to withdraw the funds immediately, without the scammer even providing a tracking number!Absolute joke, only giving 2 stars because the Irish customer service woman, the last I spoke to, was absolutely lovely and so helpful.

I tend to rate apps only if they are exceptionally good or bad. Paypal is by far the worst of the worst. I try my best not to use this over-expensive piece of crap but needs must sometimes.Delayed payments, a random inability to deduct my own funds, poor UI and fees taken at every step are irritating to say the least. Het lukt mij ook niet om in te loggen om bij mijn account te komen. Paypal onbereikbaar. Online wordt je van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Wat zeer verontrustend is, is dat dit bedrijf over de persoonlijke gegevens van zoveel klanten beschikt en ze zo schandalig behandelt. Als er nou veel mensen hun klacht indienen bij Radar, Kassa, Consumentenbond, AFM etc., dan wordt er misschien aandacht aan besteed. Succes allemaal!

Made a purchase in November paid using PayPal. Money gone no sign of goods. Contacted eBay they won’t intervene until end of December, they tell me they have to be fair to both sides! Fair!! What’s fair about being conned, I’m the innocent party here. If I do get my money back my eBay account will be closed and never never used again 😡
