Freekin joke...it's all been said before but PayPal are dead in the water and will be surpassed by other better services in the very near future... recommend Stype have used them for a while no problems

If I could give Paypal zero stars I would. I have had what I would say is the WORST customer service experience of my life with them over the last two days. I have used a Paypal fairly often in the past but I will NEVER use them again. I attempted to use their installment payment option. I wish I could just give a half a star for this. I clean houses for a living. Due to this iPad now have over $600 on hold because PayPal thinks it’s a scam. After I tried to get my money faster they still hold onto it for seven days as they say. It has been over seven days and I still not have received my money. It is two weeks before Christmas with $600 on hold and I am broke. Other than that this app is great but because PayPal does not recognize one of the people that is paying me I am stuck!

No help when my account got hacked.

I unfortunately went on one of those bogus sites advertised on Facebook. The site was selling NFL jerseys. I went as far as adding to my cart and then going to PayPal but I changed my mind and cancelled. Then I saw that a random amount was taken out of my account (not even the order amount). Don't buy from Facebook ads using Paypal

Two occasions now I have clicked the sponsored link on Facebook for an item advertised, in case one a robotic hoover and in case two an edging paint roller. Case one sent the cheapest plastic circular box on wheels which has no function whatsoever, and case two just sent a roller sleeve.I raised a case with Paypal that the item I received was not as advertised. Sellers punished for giving refunds

With their policy change in Nov 2019, if a seller has to give a refund for any reason, even if it is the buyers fault, PayPal keeps the transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30. Buyer makes a mistake in their address, seller hit with the fee. Buyer fraud, Seller hit with the fee. Buyer’s remorse with PayPal forcing the seller to take back the item, hit with the seller fee. We all need to stop doing business with PayPal.
