You can't create a paypal account…

You can't create a paypal account unless you own a cell phone for them to send a code to. Pretty sad service. If that's the best they can do don't create an account with them. Only figures nothing but problems can come out of this service.

Totally inaccessible

I received notification that Paypal was going to charge me for an inactive account, and decided to close it. I had changed my phone number in the meantime and hadn't updated it on paypal (my mistake). However, I can't access my paypal account because they can only verify me by sending a code to my (defunct) phone number, and I can't change it without logging on (and I can't log on because I can't access my phone number ...). Messaged them, and told to ring. Phone just cuts out, or never ...

Allows companies to scam you for money and do not refund it. Avoid using them unless you have to. Bad support and clams dept.

I wish there was an alternative

When all goes well, it's fine. But if you have to contact Paypal, prepare to walk through a minefield. There is no real customer service, just automated messages and systems leading you round in circles.I cannot believe that a company is allowed to trade like this in the UK. terrible, BAD and again terrible that paypal donot support. it was a link in my facebook and asking for donations and instead of $5 it went for $45. Dere bryter rettigheter til kunder - Det skal være mulig å sende inn klage på tjeneste.
