I filed a dispute because of a scam…

I filed a dispute because of a scam company called pthreaty, who sells fake products like pools, filters, bowflex weights, etc... They actually send you a packet of cheap face masks. I've been trying to get my money back since August. Paypal does not help. They "investigate" but take the side of the seller. Since there is a shipping sheet and tracking info for the cheap ass face masks, I lost. Pure trash, paypal is.

PayPal has the worst customer service ever if you get scammed on any website do not count on PayPal in fact I'm so pissed that I'm going to start shorting their stocks.

I have been over an hour trying to contact Paypal. Mobile number not up to date and trying to log in to change it. Unable to log in unless they verify the account unless they verify by text message or phone call. Unable to receive text or phone call on that number because it is wrong. Trying to call them in UK to be told at 09:55 that their office is shut and they give the opening hours. I am told to message them but to do that you have to log in to the account. Paypal is geen betaalservice, lijkt het. Eerder: bedriegers!Ik kan niet inloggen—>ik kan dat melden of hulp krijgen—>maar dan moet ik inloggen! Oh: ik kan een klacht indienen—>maar dan moet ik inloggen! Oh: ik kan ze bellen.... @#$!!! Eerst minutenlang menu doorploegen en dan: Dat werkt niet ‘door Corona’. Mijn broek zakt af!!!

Hi, i've unlinked my paypal account with ebay (wasn't easy to start with as they're hiding these options for regular folks like us). What hapenned next? I must have bought something through ebay and therefore they restored the link automatically and used it to charge my account. eBay dispute ended up same way as Paypal's - terrible customer service, best communist practices in broad daylight of XXI century. They've stolen £9, because I haven't logged into their rubbish service for years, because they also stole money from me when I was sent payments by international clients, in the form of hidden fees and outrageous exchange rates. Now I can't log in because my mobile number has changed. Just wasted 40 min on the phone to them, and they still failed to resolve the problem. Inferieure dienstverlening. Ik wens geen credit card te gebruiken daarom stort ik geld via Ideal. Helaas, om in te mogen loggen MOET ik een credit card opgeven. Betaling gaat daarna van credit card af, saldo wordt niet gebruikt. Trucje van Paypal om dit te doen: net doen alsof er 10 euro meer nodig is, waardoor het tegoed niet hoog genoeg is. Naar aanleiding hiervan getracht rekening op te heffen. Lukt niet, boodschap dat ik klantenservice moet bellen. Geen telefoonnummer te vinden...
