Can’t believe anyone would use this company. Zero customer service, bought something online from a scammer, thought site was good because PayPal was used as the payment, WRONG, even though got nothing from the scammer, PayPal won’t do anything about it, there help/resolution center is absolutely nothing, don’t waste your time. Best thing you can do is NEVER EVER use there service. Would love to be able to talk with somebody there just to cuss the M****F********S out, at least I would feel ...

Paypal is flawed (on purpose?)

PayPal is again what seems like deliberately allowing scammers and in what seems condoning sellers in my experience in China to get away with sending goods that are not as described. After weeks of using the Resolution centre one MAY be lucky to get a refund of goods but no postage (which can be as much as the goods themselves). There is NO way to email directly, but a series of circular links that get absolutely nowhere. Maybe a class action from all who have encountered this would stop ...

PAYPOO quick to chase money you owe but hold funds 180 days!

PAYPOO can it seems hold anyone's money for days, weeks or even 180 days without any reason given? Yet if you owe PAYPOO even a few pounds you get hounded constantly with phone calls and letters from MOORCROFT the collections agency they use. PAYPOO decide to refund MY MONEY! to a scammer so why should I be liable. From what I have read just ignore as I have done as no court would find in their favour and doubt they could even bring a case against you. Just show the court these reviews lol.

I’m reluctant to give PayPal a one…

I’m reluctant to give PayPal a one star(zero is more appropriate), but I do want to post my complaints. I’ve been happy as a buyer and seller on eBay for 19 years with 700+ 100% feedbacks. eBay has had my back in those few cases which were problematic. I’ve put up with the PayPal problems because of the relationship that eBayers are tied to the two companies. I’ve never minded the fees taken by eBay because I feel they earn them.
