STAY AWAY - THIEVING SCUM
One way to put this, paypal are absolute f**king thieving scum. Been using them for years due to selling on ebay, they have frozen my account 3 times in the past year asking for more information when we legitmatly sell on ebay. This third time they have decided to hold all my money in there 15 grand as apparently our business is too riskiy when we have over 300 order in the past year and are a top rated seller with no negative feedback, i have to wait 6 months to get the whole amount back ...

Really wish I could give it a lower rating like everyone else. Unbelievable fees that are impossible to go around most of the time. Really just a tragic, money sucking entity.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THE PAY IN 4 FROM PAYPAL. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IVE USED IT AND THE FIRST I WANTED TO CHECK IT OUT. THEY TOOK THE FULL AMOUNT FROM MY CARD ALTHOUGH THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO TAKE 1/4 OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT (WHICH WAS LIKE 60$.. NO BIGGIE) THEY REFUNDED AS THEY PLEASED WEEKS LATER.. Paypal has grown too big and its service stinks...
As most reports here suggest...Paypal have cornered the market for online transactions and have zero reason to do anything. The investors demand their profits!!!The resolution centre is not interested in supporting the consumer at all and 99.9% of the time protects poor sellers. Nothing can be done really other than "as the market law predicts" introduce proper competition and bite into their profit margins. Their investigation team leaves a lot to be desired.
When I was looking for a video game on a search engine, I thought I had found a good price on a website I hadn't heard of before. I jumped the gun and ordered two of them, but if I had taken my time I would have realized that something was fishy about it: Different logos, contact information with too many digits, scripts that say that 10 people are looking into the items, and the same items being recently sold. Helt omöjligt att komma åt sitt kontot om det är registrerat med ett gammal telefonnummer, även omöjligt att få kontakt med kundtjänst. De använder sig av lurendrejerifasoner för att klämma åt sig pengar ur sina kunder. Under all kritik, kommer aldrig mer använda någon tjänst hos dem.

Should be zero stars and put out of business
Having used PayPal for 4 years I can honestly say they are the worst business I have had the misfortune to deal with.Customer service is either a bot or cut and paste monkeys that don't deal with your issues.I run a small business and the supposed automated security system holds my money until items received by the buyer to the point of financial suffocation. Laughable "buyers protection
Take weeks to review your dispute, take your evidence of being refused a refund and then you lose. NO BUYER PROTECTION WHAT SO EVER. All I wanted was the support to get a flaming refund cos the buy wasn't replying. The item was definitely fake but because "This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described." so yeah, if you get scammed don't expect any help from PayPal, you'll just waste a ...

Appalling company
Appalling company, Hermes have made out i have received a parcel, but the image is not my property and the parcel image does not have my details is a blank parcel, i opened up a case, paypal closed in favor of the seller on eBay i have had to fill out a dispute with my bank for a refund. i called up paypal and got no help, i had to escalate call and still awaiting a callback. i will never use paypal again, once i have a refund from my bank i will delete the paypal account!
