If I could give Paypal a zero star i would,I have been going back and forth with Paypal because on September 10th a hacker with the name Andrew Garza hacked into my accounts, add his own cards and made withdrawals, I woke up to a text message from paypal that was sent to me at 3:15 am stating that "Did you sign into your account at 12:15am PDT 10-Sep-2020? I would rate 0 star if I could. But 1 start will do. I have had a new phone and number and reset my password for my account. Now it is sending a code to my old phone number. When I ask for help to login it says it need to sent a code to my phone. The thing is that my old phone is a tin can now. Its dead. The number is new so it can't send to old number as old number is not available. How do we sort this out. There is no customer support. The only answer is to make a new account new email ...

No Customer Service!!! Can't Login

I tried to login but couldnt remember the password. They would not send me a password reset to my email. I waited a whole day and they still wont send me a password. Tried calling them and nobody will pick up the phone. Just a robot that would not help with resetting my password either. Horrible service or more like no service at all. I'll never use them ever again. They suck.

Poor poor customer service

Poor poor customer service. I guess it's good for sellers, but not for customers. Seller sold used mattress as new and Paypal required send it back tracked and cover postage fees, which does not make any sense as 200x180x27cm mattress tracked delivery would cost a fortune.

PayPal is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I was recommended to use their service when buying off of a seller to ensure I have protection. Long story short I got scammed by a seller and contacted PayPal to open a dispute and issue a refund. PayPal is a useless company and does not have any protection for buyers. I've never really looked at the reviews for Paypal but let me tell you I am not surprised. Paypal is by far the worst company for online transactions for multiple reasons. First, the company has insane fees and just withdraws money from your account no questions asked even though you don't have any automatic payments for companies. Paypal sucks! Don't use them! They believe fake tracking numbers from con-artists, never go after the fake companies, but take your money and never refund you. Their robot assistants and agents tell you to run in circles when you present a problem to them so that you are kept busy and then give up because you are too frustrated. Paypal sides with fraudulent sellers

Paypal cares only about making the money. I had someone commit fraud and sell me a bad product, they wouldn't respond, just a terrible experience so I escalated it to Paypal who gave it half a thought, made me return the items, pay for return shipping myself, and then said the seller doesn't have to pay me back nor reimburse my shipping.
