I wish 0 stars was an option

I wish 0 stars was an option! You have got to be one of the worst companies ever established!! You literally take peoples money and then your horrendous system wont let you access it!!! And forget about "customer service" you have 0 human beings to help and your automated system is the worst thing ever conceived!! As soon as i can get my money from you i will never do buisness with your company ever again.

Paypal are rubbish

Hi i brought a item on ebay which i got the money back but the seller asked me to pay with friends and family i got conned out of £39.00 PayPal didn't want to no so scammers can easily use PayPal but PayPal are so up their own bottom they only care about money but not there customers i never got my money back because of PayPal.

absolute garbage

absolute garbage, I have never had a good experience with PayPal. I changed my phone number and they told me I had to use my old number to update it? and before that my passwords had to be reset every time because the toaster of a server couldnt recognize the password I literally just reset. paypal, suck a hot fart outta my ass you useless piece of trash.

I got permanently limited(banned) from PayPal

PayPal banned me for an unspecified reason, when I inquired why they said they had the right to ban me for what seemed fraudulent and didn't have to elaborate on why. Their support is horrible and I can't make any payments now. I truly hope whoever banned my account has their parents killed for even giving birth to such a piece of garbage.

Helped recover my money

I am grateful to PayPal customer support for getting money back for me this year . Next Retail UK canceled an order I had placed, but didn't return the money and and falsely claimed that I had been refunded. As I had made the payment through PayPal, I was fortunate that PayPal stepped in and recovered my money for me. Paypal has finally gone off the deep…

Paypal has finally gone off the deep end. After more than 15 years of using their onsite reoccurring Dashboard they have now made it so unusable that I can no longer do business with them. I will be spending my holiday season transferring my 100 plus clients off of their site and closing my business account. In addition to the horrible customer service I would like to say Paypal, Please close the door on your way out!

PayPal is the worst

PayPal is the worst! Stay away!! They side with fraudulent sellers who provide scam tracking and delivery receipts. Even after the case is accelerated to a higher level, you provide proof from UPS that the hacked tracking number provided from the seller was actually from another company (Amazon in this case) and delivered to another person at another address in the same city, as long as the scam seller provides a homemade typed up something that says delivered, PayPal will side with the ...

Sick of paypal Do Not Trust

Sick of paypal. My preferred payment was paypal credit they use my bank account instead when I used paypal as payment. Now I have no money and I owe another company money. I will no longer be using paypal and will be removing my bank from them so not trust worthy. This happens every time Im sick of it. Once I pay them back Im done. I have been a loyal card member for last four years.

Their customer service is worse than a bot

The customer service isn’t helpful at all. They keep switching between different agents and non of them have the full context of the problem, they will just give you a default reply and the link to their help docs, which doesn’t help solving the problem at all. A chat bot is doing a better job than their customer service. Terrible experience!!
