Pessimo sia da cliente che da business. Un tempo da cliente ti sentivi tutelato e garantito. Addirittura ti regalavano un'assicurazione sui voli in ritardo fino a 200€ (e si parla di un paio di anni fa). BEWARE PayPal is not safe. Don't keep your money you received from buyers in your PayPal account for even a minute! Pathetic Excuse for Customer Service

Someone hacked my account, made unauthorized purchases, and closed it so I cannot access it. Not only am I unable to contact a human representative, but the automotive voice customer service also refuses to help me. Oseriösa växelkurser

Jag gjorde ett köp i euro via PayPal som jag sedan returnerade helt, kursdifferensen var helt orimlig om man jämför med officiella växelkurser. Jag förlorade 700 kr på ett köp på 9600 kr på en vecka. Har aldrig tänkt på att kolla vilken växelkurs PP använder och kommer aldrig mer använda tjänsten men bara en uppmaning till andra att kolla noggrant eller helt enkelt hitta andra betalningsmedel.

If i could give no stars

If i could give no stars, trust me i would. I CAN NOT EVEN TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE. I have used PayPal for my business and have no issues but when you do you cant resolve anything because the site just sends you in circles. Ive been having the same issue for the past month and I want my money.

Wish I could give zero

Wish I could give zero. Had preferred payment method set yet they decide at their pleasure what method to use. For one transaction they used a different card and for another they used bank account. Upon contacting they said they use the best method based on type of transaction. Then why have preferred payment account??? Not going to use PayPal at all.

ONE SIDED LEGAL SCAM.

Paid £800 for a product not fit for purpose. Started a claim and because of COVID and an injury, I wasn’t able to take some photos as evidence in their short time span. So they rejected my claim and I am left £800 out of pocket with a damaged RV. I will never use them again. Avoid at all costs. !!!

Paypal geeft me een extra zekerheid en ik ben blij dat er aankoopbescherming is vanuit Paypal! Onlangs een internet aankoop gedaan voor Sinterklaas die nooit is gearriveerd. Dankzij Paypal mijn geld teruggekregen. Heel fijn.
