Waste of time!
After PalPal had deleted my password I was unable to access my account, after trying every way to get a new one I could not! Complete waste of time
Useless, Ordered items online, seller advertised that items were included that were not sent to me. The seller refused to send them. I opened a dispute with Paypal asking for around 5% refund to cover the cost of the items that were advertised but I had not received. Paypals solution is to return the item at my expense for a full refund. Sending it back will cost me about 20% of what the item cost and I still won't get the items the seller advertised. PayPal is one of the worst companies to deal with. It is next to impossible to get an issue resolved. How in the world does eBay continue to use them when there are a slew of more advanced competitors out there?!?!

Går inte att få tag på kundtjänst vid…
Går inte att få tag på kundtjänst vid problem med inloggning. Ringt flera gånger, meddelande går inte att skicka (det måste man vara inloggad för att kunna göra), chattrobot på Facebook är till noll hjälp. Tvåvägs Autentisering krävs men går endast via mobilnummer (gammalt nummer angivet). Så mitt inaktiva konto kommer debiteras 🙄

Worst customer service on Earth
Absolute worst customer service on the planet. They banned me for life after I did nothing but buy things and get money from friends to run a lotto club. When I asked why they banned me, I received nothing but cut & paste form letters telling me no information. Said they couldn't say why they banned me as that would violate their security. Absolute BS, they are just the worst. I hope they die a slow death to any other money service. Just a pitiful, pitiful excuse for a company.

I bought a ps4 that I never received and I also never got my refund. They claimed to have done an investigation, which was inconclusive so I'm assed out. F##k paypal!

It should really be a zero
It should really be a zero! It is not possible to get to the account if you do not have the mobile that is connected to the account. There are phone numbers to ring but "no one is available". Absolutely crazy that an international company does not have a work around for this!

There is no customer support, no one on the other line!
I really wonder how does this company still survives all these years with such a bad customer support service, I looked for my problem through their community and there is literally more than 20 people with the same issue as me and all of them have no response. Really? where are the support team? I came to a conclusion that once an issue happens to you with Papal, you just forget about your money and move on, because it feels like talking to a ghost town, no one is responding to messages!!!
