Strongly recommend not to use PayPal! I opened a PayPal business account 3 months ago.Here's what happened thereafter. 1. PayPal was holding my funds and not letting me do a fund transfer to my bank account for 21 days from receipt of payment even for digital products with immediate delivery.2. PayPal is not helpful

PayPal is not helpful. The customer service agents are incompetent. There is no call centre since last March, only messaging that takes 24-48 hrs to receive an incompetent response sending you in a spiral of emails that get you nowhere. How is PayPal in business???They are very stressful to deal with. I tried to get a refund from them providing all the evidence and they are too stupid to do that. Закончилась моя история с Paypal (Не получалось вернуть деньги заказчику из-за удержания на счету.)После того как клиент открыл спор о возврате средств, я позвонила в службу поддержки, мне посоветовали выбрать вариант вернуть деньги, без открытия претензии. Счёт ушёл в минус 24 доллара, видимо комиссия пайпел и за конвертацию евро в рубли и обратно. Ещё через пару дней мой аккаунт пайпел был заблокирован. Terrible...

This Customer Service is absolutely not working at all. I could not pay and received a phone number which I called. They transferred me to another phone number which they said was closed so I called back to the original number again. They again could not help me and after a while just hanged up the phone.Terrible assistance and I could not make any purchase. Will not use PayPal again.

The worst.

Everytime I have an issue with PayPal (which seems to just appear out of thin air from their side), I cannot get hold of anyone by phone, and the chat service is either a robot or a bunch of incompetent, uninterested people. They don't seem to read or respond to what I say, but instead send what seem to be copied and pasted generic responses that sometimes aren't relevant at all to my question or comment. If there was any other company that could be their competition, I'd use them 100%!!!!!!!!
