serous technical issues but no service to correct them

I linked my bank acct to my paypal acct. The link is successful and my bank acct is good. I also applied for paypal credit card and was approved. However, when I was ready to check out, the only options were "add a credit or prepaid card' and 'add a debit card'. What happened to my bank account and my paypal credit card???? quando pensavo di aver perso merce e soldi di un mio recente ordine su un sito web di dubbia estrazione, grazie all’intervento di paypal ho risolto. li ho chiamati, trovando un call center super efficiente, con persone gentilissime; mi hanno attivato subito una contestazione e “magicamente” il sito web al quale avevo fatto l’ordine si è subito fatto vivo e, nell’arco di qualche giorno, ha spedito tutto. esperienza decisamente positiva!

cannot link bank to paypal

Been using paypal for years, honestly, worst support ever. Now I created new paypal, and cannot link with my bank account, I'm getting the same message all over again, that the bank exceeded the limit (3)... Never used my bank account to link to any paypal before..Called customer service, they are of course not working. Called uk customer service, they were useless as well.

Just horrible service trying to speak to…

Just horrible service trying to speak to someone about our account. We have done business with PayPal for 7 years and are a growing business, processing millions of dollars through PayPal. It has been impossible to speak to someone and they continue to hold money with almost zero processing issues after 7 years.

Multiple bad experiences over the years

Multiple bad experiences:- Failing to credit my account with a promised promotional bonus when signing up for paypal credit- Account frozen unable to make withdrawals for no reason- Contacting customer service to resolve problems is incredibly difficult- Emails to customer services are ignored

Paypal customer service is a joke

Paypal customer service is a joke,if you want to get ripped off go to paypal and make payments on there. If there's ever a mistake good luck on getting a hold of anybody to cancel a payment. By the time you do get a hold of someone they say there's nothing they can do per user agreement. Im going to make sure everyone I know never uses PayPal. If you want the worst service ever PayPal is for you

PayPal advertising fraud

PayPal claims to offer protection against fraudulent vendors. I placed a claim that the vendor gave me a fraudulent tracking number on an order that was never received. PayPal will not provide me with the carrier or date of delivery. PayPal continues to deny the claim even though I ask for the carrier and date of delivery so I could contact them. DO NOT USE PAYPAL!!!

Try to receive more than 10.000 € and…

Try to receive more than 10.000 € and you will see what nighmare they will give you. All documents need to subbmit again. All acc is frozen or on hold. No response from customer support. I hate pay pal because they charge 5% on transfers and giving customer worse service ever! Not recommending!
