I purchased Christmas balls from a…

I purchased Christmas balls from a company through PayPal. They came the wrong color. PayPal was impossible to work with. The company would e-mail me one thing, PayPal would say something else. I was on hold for hours. Now they are saying I don’t get money back. Good luck if you have a real problem. I am out $183. They don’t care.

Beware of using Paypal

Paypal say you don't need any money in your account to make a payment. So I tried to make a payment, and guess what ... not enough funds in your account. My bank account is linked to my Paypal account, but it's seemingly impossible to transfer money. So I tried doing it with my bank online. They ask for a customer reference number. But what is it? Every time I tried it was rejected. Paypal are good at some things but CRAP at others.

I was scammed by someone posing as an Amazon security expert who sold me $400 worth of security protection through paypal. When I discovered the company did not exist and that Amazon doesn't use paypal or divert customers to outside firms, I contacted paypal. They said my history was intact and closed the file without asking for any pertinent information.
