Never. Again.

I have never in my life had such a horrible customer service experience. I have had a PayPal account for 1 month for a purchase I made on eBay. 3 weeks later I receive an email that someone is logging into my account from an unrecognized device and that same day another email with the receipt from an authorized transaction which I did not make to some trashy clothing company for hundreds of dollars. My Paypal account was compromised

My Paypal account was compromised, and somebody tries to take money 3 times: two times, the transaction was rejected by my bank, but one went through. I disputed that, but Paypal rejected the $700 transaction without explanation. Be careful with Paypal. They will take your money eventually!

Guaranteed Disappointment

Easily the worst online company I’ve ever dealt with, they are dreadful, their customer service is abysmal & any problem will be thrown back to you especially if you are the seller of items. If you can avoid using them I recommend doing so as you will be disappointed guaranteed.

Atrocious experience, poorest ever service & seller protection!

Atrocious experience. Paypal became very poor online payment system and I will try avoid it in future at any costs. I sold an item on ebay for £300 and got paid by paypal. Later on buyer opened a claim with her bank and bank decided the case in buyer favour. Paypal refunded my payment to the buyer with no further request to send the item back to me and more over it charged me £14 of chargeback fees. wish I could leave 0 stars!!sold my phone on ebay buyer paid instantly on PayPal I sent next morning he received and left excellent feedback!I even entered tracking details so you can see it arrived and yet PayPal are hold the money to protect the buyer!!!disgusting behaviour what do I have to do to get my money??and you charged me £4 fir the privilege of robbing me!!!!

Very unpleasant experience.

I had an account,I never used it.When charges for dormant accounts were mentioned,I signed in & removed my card.Later I received spoof e mail,the address to notify Paypal does not work.I signed in & closed my account.I have now received an e mail suspending my account for dodgy activity on my card ! I would like these people to stop harassing me & go away.Confirmation of closure & an apology would be good. Dont use them.

Trashy customer service

Trashy customer service. So, I'm trying to replace my PP Cash Debit card; back before March 2020, Postmate's charged me double and wouldn't release the second bogus charge. I had to go to PP and tell them about the fraudulent charge- they shut my card down without telling me. Customer service/disputes department are full of lies. They guaranteed my refund if I sent item back even in used condition as partial refund not approved for installation not provided though paid for and item damaged. Item sent back proof sent to them that delivery and no refund issue, over £300, we are a family of 5 at christmas we cabt afford not to have our money, keep saying it's with the team and they cant do anything. Buyer protection is useless

Buyer protection is useless. They deny a claim stating you have not responded to a request for more information, when no request was ever made. Use any other method of payment where possible..a sh....company .dont use anymore.there hand in hand with the scamers.show them the picture what i recived and stell nothing.Verry disapointed.PAY PAL IS VERRY BAD.
