Totaal onacceptabele handelswijze

Via PayPal is het mogelijk om een abonnement aan te gaan bij een bedrijf. Hier zijn diverse grote problemen mee. Het is ten eerste onduidelijk dat je een abonnement aangaat en vervolgens kan het bedrijf waar je het abonnement aangaat willekeurige bedragen in rekening brengen zonder ook maar aan te geven waarvoor dit zou zijn. Tevens is het bedrag niet terug te boeken zoals een normale incasso. Mijns inziens is dit geheel in strijd met het consumentenrecht.Ik kreeg een rekening van $39.95 ...

Dreadful customer service, AVOID Pay Pall

I have used PayPal for many years, they have always been OK until I asked for there help to dispute a payment as I received fake goods. At this point they did not want to know, believe me use your credit or debit card as they have an infrastructure to deal with issues, Pay Pal have none. You can not talk to them there on line chat is shocking as it bumps you out and they never respond. You have to ask your self what Pay Pall do, do they not advertise to help protect you from fraud on line, ...

Too risky no - one to talk to- no confidence in them

As others have already said its fine until theres a problem then they are appalling. There is no one to talk to. I had a pre-appoved payment go out even though it was cancelled with the company and there was NO ACTIVE prepaid mandate shown on the paypal account yet they allowed it to go through. I will now close my paypal account hopefully that goes smoothly but i have my doubts.

Customer Service is the worst. A company scammed me out of $86 & PayPal didn't help but kept giving fake tracking numbers. Shut the whole company down!

Buyer protection is useless

Buyer protection is useless. They deny a claim stating you have not responded to a request for more information, when no request was ever made. Use any other method of payment where possible.

I wish I could give it a zero

I wish I could give it a zero. Horrible experience! they have blocked my account for 180 days and not allowed me to withdraw any money without giving any reasons. Will never trust again to this company. They should have been closed.

Paypal is a sham and can't be trusted!

I have been fighting with Paypal for a couple of months to no avail. They pulled $175.00 out of my account. I never made a purchase, verified by the company Paypal maintains it sent the money to. Their complaint route is a joke. No help whatsoever. They can't possibly be reading the details I've sent. I am closing my Paypal account and warning everyone I know. As far as I'm concerned, Paypal stole the money from me.
