I've used Pay Pal for several years and they're fine all the time things go well...abysmal when they don't.I had a scam text saying unless I clicked on the link my PP account would be suspended so I noted the details and binned it.I tried to phone the incident in without success and then tried on an email address including the word spoof. Worst excuse for a business that supposedly protects consumers 😡

For a business that says it protects the buyer they do a pretty terrible job. I ordered a cat advent that was supposed to have 24 cat figures and got some janky broken up box with only 12 crappy plastic things that were not cats. Not even one. I would give xero stars if I could.

I would give zero stars if I could.I yesterday paid for a purchase by PayPal. Within 30 mins I discovered it was a scam and wanted to cancel my transaction. There was no way of contacting the seller or Paypal to cancel payment. Paypal make you wait until one receives an item before a dispute can be opened. BEWARE- fraudulent transactions through PayPal

PayPal offers no consumers'protection whatsoever. I recently had an unauthorized charge through PayPal on behalf of Ebay. I filed a claim through my bank and instead of PayPal investigating the charge, they send me an email that the claim is denied. I dont care if PayPal denies it...Visa deals with them.
