Avoid if you can!!!!!
My money that they were going to recover has never reached my account. There was no contact whatsoever from them. Wasted a great amount of time on the phone without any chance to speak to a human. My account shortly after this was blocked without giving me a reason. Now they're not letting me delete my bank details or even my account.... Speechless....

PayPal has the worst customer service…
PayPal has the worst customer service ever. All they do is transfer you from one department to another. Impossible to file a fraud claim. I the past I didn’t have this problem with them but now they are the worst. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN NOW. GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THEM FOR SCAM COMPANY!!!!

DO. NOT. USE. THEM. If there is ANY way around it do not use them, some of the worst seller and buyer customer service and communication around, they shut my account with 0 warning after updating their T&C’s citing a technicality which didn’t apply when I made it EIGHT YEARS AGO. Now, they won’t release any money to my new selling account unless customers say it’s arrived, which none of them have confirmed despite numerous messages saying they’ve got the items, and so I’ve had £300 in limbo ...

Good luck trying to speak to a human!
After trying to call every day for a week to setup a business account i was greeted with an outdated answer phone message from June?Finally I get past that today and put on hold... over two hours later I'm still waiting to connect to a sentient being.All this because their form doesn't recognise my London postcode which has existed for over 30 years... Shambolic "customer service"

THE WORST
Absolute the worst company. This app always has some issues, impossible to contact them, if you do, they won't help much. For some reason they always hold money even for people who haven't done anything wrong. Sometimes they limit accounts out of nowhere just so people can't reach their money. Their offshore customer service is the worst
I've never felt called to do a review on here but after a recent experience I have to say their offshore customer service has to be up there with the worst I've ever experienced. I've never had anything overly complicated but recently since having a business account simple actions have resulted in painful errors that were poorly handled and communicated on Paypal’s end. I hope paypal gets shut down
Paypal is the worst. I would give negative 100 stars out of 5 if I could. There are undocumented bugs on the business interface. They take lots of hidden fees. The knowledge base is no longer working. Your call gets rejected when you call customer service and no other phone numbers are available. I have contacted them by email 3 weeks ago and still no reply despite them saying they have a "24 hours" expected time to reply. Sent a follow-up a week ago and still no answer. This should be ...

Used PayPal for a foreign transaction
Used PayPal for a transaction from China.As long as you correctly follow their process and provide accurate and relevant evidence they are a fabulous company as they give you the protection that other providers don’t offer.It took a while but I received my money back and a scam company didn’t succeedThanks

Literally got scammed and the scammer accepted to give a full refund but paypal wont let him
Literally got scammed and the scammer accepted to give me a full refund and i sent the item back to the scammer except the scammer refuses to collect the item,sent a screenshot of the items location to the nonexistent customer support and they said they passed it to somebody for review and they havent responded back and its been like 6 weeks.

O pior serviço disponivel
Dos serviços disponíveis o Paypal é de longe o pior, muita burocracia e não dispõe de serviços básicos como o pagamento de um simples boleto, não indico pra ninguém, existem opções bem melhores. Com esse serviço péssimo e ultrapassado logo o Paypal vai sumir, e não fará a mínima falta.
