Terrible customer service when things go wrong.

I bought graphics card from eBay & paid with my bank card through PayPal guest. The seller cancelled the order the day after I paid, stating the card was faulty & he'd refund my money, the refund failed & it's been a nightmare trying to get my money back, eBay won't help stating I have to speak to PayPal, PayPal are reluctant to help because each time I phone they act like it's a hassle trying to deal with me because it was paid on a guest account, it's been 3 weeks since a the refund ...

RUN do not use this company its is just pain and suffering how are they in business still?!?! They need to be shut down they are dangerous to deal with if you consider being denied access to your money due to no fault of your own dangerous. Read the other reviews these are not just angry customers this really is how garbage they are. Headaches and rage are the name of the game when dealing with paypal. Absolutley disgusting.

Shocking customer service and experience!

Trying to find a solution to login to my account has turned out to be a nightmare as no one could help me to update my phone number and I couldn't receive the authentication code to log in as my old number is not working anymore. We ended up closing my account and I won't use PayPal again.I can not recommend using PayPal at all!

My phone number was stolen and ported and they started withdrawing $$$$ thru paypal. MY EMAIL AND ANY SIGN IN WAS CHANGED BY THE THIEF BECAUSE ALL THE TEXTS WENT TO PHONE THAT THEY NOW HAD ACCESS TO. I tried calling all day said FRAUD and still on hold over 2 hrs til had to hang up NO ONE EVER ANSWERS...... Had they answered this would not have happened. I will never use them again.

these stupid jerks sent a notification email saying "you're account has been permanently restricted" due to "suspicious activity..." - I call about it, no one can give me an answer as to what was "suspicious" and was told they will look into it and get back to me in 24-72 hours.. I sell on ebay about 20-30 transactions a month, none of which have exceeded a $450, most are around $40 or less, and after a week with no response I called today and was told there was nothing could be done.. no ...

Thieving, greedy, inconsiderate, money grabbing bank

So I got whacked with a £9 inactivity fee, yet never received any advanced warning from Paypal, via email, sms nor letter.Yet as soon as the money was taken I promptly received notification that the money was now theirs!And when I immediately raised the issue with Paypal, they couldn't care less. I never had Paypal down as a thieving, greedy, inconsiderate, money grabbing bank. How times have changed!
