Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Worse than being a seller on Amazon and dealing with Amazon. I sent a large payment in August, they lost it, and after several phone calls to various people in the Phillipines and messages (of which they closed so fast), it magically appeared dec 31st. I just don't understand why Paypal is allowed to operate, it seems everyone is having a bad experience with them. Paypal Servicekosten en rekening niet online op te heffen

Ooit in 2015 een rekening geopend bij Paypal om een breipatroon via etsy aan te schaffen. Positief saldo van €11,50 laten staan. Vandaag ineens mail dat ze € 10,- van het saldo hebben geïncasseerd vanwege inactieve rekening. Nooit eerder gebeurd. Ik probeer de rekening op te heffen maar krijg dan in het scherm te zien dat er nog een paar kleine dingen moeten worden opgelost. Chatservice gestart. Tot nu toe geen reactie.Waardeloze organisatie. Ik voel me opgelicht.

Do NOT DO ANY BUSINESS THERE!!! My 2 PayPal accounts were frozen for 180 days and today I find out the 6K they took for “violation the Use Policy”. It’s bs. We are a licensed small company and don’t have any disputes. I am going to see my business attorney. We need to get together to sue PayPal for stealing money from us!

Awful way to treat a customer.

One star is way to much. I have never experienced such terrible service. No one helps they just pass you off to another department. Then they do the same to another department. I've spent two days on the phone/chat/emails and nothing has been resolved. It is awful to treat people this way. Their service is completely unacceptable.

I never have trusted PayPal and now I know why. Terrible service and allowed fraud on my account. Can’t speak to a person to resolve anything. My advise to anyone is DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL!!!!

I don't recommend Paypal

I don't recommend Paypal. Their support uses copied texts, there isn't possibility to work with them to solve a very serious problem. I stopped using Paypal and after a while I returned where I was in the red on my Paypal account - € 13.90. Nothing was written in the details and I only received copied answers from support. It is pure scam. I deleted my account already.
