Terrible service and the complaints…

Terrible service and the complaints department are a joke. SMS stopped (only for paypal and my mobile provider found no problem) working and they were unable to fix it for weeks and then decided to remove the number and make me wait 48hrs to access again. That is very poor IT and not acceptable these days in IT to wait 2 days for a change to happen. There wa no apology or offer of compensation.

-Frustrating customer service-underwhelming website functionality-unfairly high fees-overall awful experience.I am currently making arrangements to move from PayPal to another provider. Definitely not worth the hassle. Save yourself frustration and peace of mind and use another service.

Una banda di incompetenti

Non si possono dare stelle negative...per la seconda volta ho avuto bisogno dell'assistenza Paypal, e per la seconda volta viene tutelato il truffatore. Mi cancello dal servizio..meglio usare direttamente la carta di credito, la banca da un'assistenza di gran lunga migliore. Diffondete!! Paypal deve chiudere!!! Passate parola!!!

I’ve had a business account with PayPal…

I’ve had a business account with PayPal for over 5 years. They have always been great when it came to keeping my fees low with this account which made it so nice. This year is when everything changed.. I’ve had my account hacked TWICE with both transactions totaling over $3000.. Just signed up for pay pal about 3…

Just signed up for pay pal about 3 weeks ago. Made 1 purchase for 12.00 using a credit card. My personal debit card was not added to my new pay pal account. I checked pay pal on line the first of january 2021 after noticing a money withdraw of 50 bucks from my personal checking account. This was done by someone using the numbers from my debit card. Não sou cliente paypal, mas fiz uma transferência para uma conta de um cliente paypal, no valor de 500 eur, do qual só chegou à conta do cliente 485 eur.Cobraram uma taxa de quase 3%, da qual em momento algum, eu que não sou cliente paypal, fui informado que seria cobrado essa taxa.

There is not a good way to resolve…

There is not a good way to resolve issues. It is frustrating that you can't talk with anyone. Then they make decisions that leave you with junk that you did not order from China. Poor service
