I was cheated by the seller. I was sent something COMPLETELY different to what was advertised, Cost me USD 45. What i received was so cheap that could be bought from a dollar store. The seller was willing to refund just 10$. I raised a case with PayPal. I sent them the pictures and all details of what the seller advertised and the pics of the items I received. Always on the side of the seller, I have had 3 disputes where I have received defective goods and they have not solved anything leaving me out of pocket and left me with unusable defective items that had to be binned even though I have provided photographic evidence and the conversation between me and the seller they are not interested, the next thing you know they have closed the case, disgusting service

Criminal company

Refunded someone money from my account without letting me respond to the claim... and when i asked to have all my info removed from PayPal, which is a legal right with GDPR they refused and limited my PayPal account, now every time i contact PayPal and ask why i was banned none of them know why and wont un limit my account or do anything...Literally a criminal company.They get away with all this nonsense because they are the biggest and there are no competitors... never dealt with a company ...

Will never use paypal again. Ordered a tv from a company. Never got it. Tried to get my money back from paypal. The seller gave them a tracking# that for something from amazon that was ordered before I ordered the tv(did not order tv from amazon). Then gave them another number for another amazon item that was received.
