As a libertarian, I am disgusted with you and your corporate partners in censoring someone's free speech, in this case Trump! If PayPal does not reverse course in the next 30 days I will cancel my PayPal account. An account I have had since the founding of PayPal. What you and other "big tech" are doing is nuts. DO NOT USE PAYPAL IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS

I went through PayPal to purchase an item. I recieved a completely different poorly made item. I disputed the charge only to be offered less than 5% of my money back from the vendor. Even with receipts,pictures and emails from the vendor actually admitting that they never had what I ordered so they decided to send me a random item, they did not side with me. Absolutely and consistently awful

Absolutely and consistently awful. The website is impossible to navigate and use, there is no customer support, and if you do manage to open a dispute it is not investigated properly. The last problem I had with them, I had to go through my bank to get a refund because Paypal didn't do their job. I will not use again, there are plenty of alternative payment methods these days.

My brother sent money for christmas…

Money sent was never received in sons account. Turns out was sitting in a previous paypal account of his that we thought had been removed.. This problem was finally fixed after 3 days 1 previous phone call 10 messages and some very hostile feelings about their online help. I finally caved and waited for another phone rep. Luckily this one had a brain and was able to fix my problem. Customer service really needs some better training.
