Terrible website

Terrible website, do not use this website. This company is a complete scam. The only reason why I use this website is because of eBay. But, other than that do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH ANYTHING!

I have always loved Paypal until…

I have always loved Paypal until recently. Disputes weren't dealt with correctly when unauthorised money was taken from my account. There has also been an issue with receiving payments and no one seems to know why. Have spoken to three different people and still no luck. They asked me to open a ticket saying they couldnt do it?! Paypal has become the worst service ever in the last few months...not sure why and looking into a replacement service now like Stripe or Payoneer. Fed up

You can’t give no stars, that’s what PayPal deserves!!I sold a DVD recorder on eBay stated in the ad it was second hand and provided pics of the hardly noticeable marks on the case. I also put it was not refundable in the ad, in huge capital letters. Someone bought it and paid via PayPal, I sent it off right away registered mail and two weeks later a not as described case appears on my PayPal account for the DVD recorder. Buying a computer with price match Lenovo through PayPal, Lenovo would not match, lost $172 purchased a drone through PayPal, Drone was not the one advertised was very cheap PayPal denied. PayPal will not protect you they will not reimburse you do not use PayPal

I wish there was an option for “0” star. They are zero responsive. There is no chance to get an answer for your problem. How long they will use robots as customer service !!

Totally scam! Holding 1,500$ for 6 months without any reason. After 4 months of holding they just steal them.
