Charged twice inappropriately

I purchase items online and pay through PayPal. On 12/30/20 I purchased 2 pair of boots and my account was charged twice. My dispute was denied by DSW and PayPal. My bank is filing a dispute for 2 ACH charges. Disappointed in the response and denial by both entities. I no longer trust PayPal having access to my banking/account information.

I just got rid of PayPal because they backed a company that obviously practices misleading advertising. Company never sent a small chainsaw that I ordered and when I called them to inquire they told me that they had sent just a chain and not a chainsaw. I told them that I ordered a chainsaw and not a “chain” but since I didn’t receive anything that I wanted to cancel the order. PayPal sided with them even though I never received anything. Absolute insanity

Absolute insanity! They held my money for almost a month. Charged me a fee only for me to spend an hour sending them documents to prove my identity for absolutely no reason. I feel violated and taken advantage of and they do not care that they suck! Do not use pay pal.... EVER FOR ANY REASON 0stars

I will never use PayPal again

I will never use PayPal again. I purchased some memorial ornaments on line using my paypal. I ordered them 12/2/2020 and still have not recieved them. Filed a case with PayPal and got a response today stating that paypal will not refund my money because them got info from the seller that the ornament had been delivered. When I checked the so called tracking number it shows nothing delivered. I will fight it through my credit card company.

Having recently purchased an item from a company I was misguided enough to use PayPal to pay for the item.The item is not fit for purpose and within moments of it being delivered I requested it to be collected and refunded in full. The company will only refund, it says, if I pay for returning it to China which will cost me another almost £50. Mi è capitato di avere un pagamento rifiutato (non per colpa mia) e loro cosa fanno? ti bloccano la cifra e dopo averti comunicato che hanno effettuato il rimborso se la trattengono allegramente anche per 30gg impedndoti di fare un nuovo acquisto, questo non può succedere nell'era digitale, AMAZON con i rimborsi è un razzo! Horrible service, no help

Rude person on phone call, waited 45 minutes for someone that never showed up. Sent to a chat line that wanted to charge me for getting the answer to a problem you made. Horrible service !
