I had my mobile telephone number ported to Tesco Mobile fraudulently and with the SCAMMERS set up a Credit Account on my PayPal Account and bought a camera and had it posted to an address in London and I live in Staffordshire.HOW CAN/DID PayPal LET THIS HAPPEN!!!!

Uno schifo.

Metterei 0 stelle, ma è impossibile purtroppo. Assistenza da fare schifo e continua a dare problemi ogni volta che devo effettuare un pagamento mi dà errore e ho riprovato più e più volte e non mi fa nemmeno aggiornare i dati della carta per pagare. Vergogna, dovrebbero farlo fallire perché fa veramente schifo come 'servizio' se tale si può chiamare.

PayPal - useless in a dispute

Am so shocked at the PayPal reviews, but equally reassured they I am not the only one who has suffered at their hands. I opened a case as items I had ordered through OnBuy failed to arrive (until nearly a month after they had been promised and too late for a Christmas present). They fobbed me off for nearly 3 weeks, before finding in the sellers favour as the items had (finally) arrived.Company should be closed down.

Customer service representatives do not do their job

Everybody going through their pandemic crisis right now especially with their stimulus checks and everybody's in the need of money it was very convenient for PayPal to put a account limitations on my account it took me 3 days to be able to lift that account limitation cuz I was unable to get a customer service person to help me because every customer service agent that I spoke with which took me a whole day hours on hold talk to somebody they did not speak English or they're just did not ...

I will never use PayPal again. They side with company rather than you the customer.

Some items I ordered never arrived for Christmas. Should of been 22nd Dec. Company had tracking number. I raised claim through PayPal. They decided that as company had tracking number nothing they could do.I lost over £100.Beware if you do not receive an item and company supply tracking number PayPal they will take the side of company, couriers. Joke

PayPal service shocking never trust…

PayPal service shocking never trust PayPal and don’t believe you are protected as you are not they don’t care about customers I bought and paid through PayPal as I was protected The seller was ignoring my messages and didn’t post in the agreed time, the item wasn’t in the original box as stated and when I got it it wasn’t working I reported to PayPal in November 2020 and they have only just told me my case is closed I cannot claim my money back

PayPal is the absolute worst. Avoid this company!

Their customer service is the absolute worst. They keep trying to send you to someone else to fix your problem. Several times I have tried calling and they just hang up on me. I'll get routed to a call center in India and they have a very basic and limited robotic flowchart that doesn't really help you at all. Honestly, avoid doing any kind of business with PayPal. The only good thing they own is Venmo.

They closed my account after 15 years

They closed my account after 15 years, as I had issues with a game that werent delivering the items, and as I opened up disputes to retrieve my money (which I had every right), they decided to close my account. Paypal scammers. Paypal should be shut down!
