I wish I could give this zero Stars. PayPal is absolutely horrible when you need help. There is absolutely no human you can talk to and the chat option is useless! I have never been so frustrated or angry with a company! This company needs to be taken down or dealt with! I will be deleting my account and will continue to post negative things about PayPal until it changes

Awful
Awful. They never answer the phone and an automated message tells you that there is no one to take your call at 11am! I asked about closing an old account from years ago I was told no through the online chat because its apparently with an account department for a negative balance. This dates back from 5+ years ago and I have no clue how I got a negative balance on something I never used.The staff are useless.

Incompetent customer service
Possibly the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get a refund through Paypal for a return item that was never processed through a certain retailer. It has been 3 months, and paypal have repeatedly closed the dispute claim and reopened it under another dispute issue to extend the time frame. I cannot speak to anybody on the phone apparently, which forces me to continually have message them, which results in talking to a differant person each time and ...
