Den PayPal Kundenservice zu erreichen Ist fast unmöglich.In meiner Not wollte ich Kündigen,auch das ist so umständlich gemacht ,das Ich in meiner Not meine Kontonummer gelöscht habe.Schade das sich bei PayPal keiner Gedanken darüber macht.So viele Unzufriedene Kunden sollten doch zu denken geben.

Worst experience ever

my worst experience, i did a 27K USD deal on payment received on Paypal, they held this payment for already 2 months despite of giving every document they asked me to upload, customer service is useless they don't understand the problem and there is no system of expediting or escalating your critical issues,i recommend not to use this platform for more than 1000USD

Appalling

Shocking service every time I’ve used it. They review every transaction without offering any good reason, hold payment to my account for an arbitrary 21 days despite the standard being 8, meaning it takes 3 weeks to get paid despite being a 5 star reviewed seller. Their customer service is atrocious and they have no control over accounts ie manually releasing funds even when the buyer has confirmed they have the goods.

Wish I seen this site before I ever got involved with this organization. You have to be an idiot to trust this bunch of crooks with your financial transactions.All the criticisms are correct. Avoid this bunch of crooks. Don't give them your information and certainly do not trust them to give a damn about you or your just complaints.

Unprofessional. No customer service. Website doesn't work

I really don't know why I gave it a second chance !!! There is no customer service no answer on the phone or email. The app is always bugging and I'm stuck with an order i placed in China $3000 that i never received it's been 4 months. Trying to open a dispute the website doesn't work properly !!!! That's ridiculous. I had problems with PayPal France so i canceled my account thinking usa might be better but its worst.

What a terrible company

What a terrible company, my experience is not so good. They will always make sure they get their pound of flesh. Charging you fees even when you've been scammed and didn't receive any money at all.Find another more secure way of paying.

Cuando pagas a través de Paypal

Cuando pagas a través de Paypal, en la mayoría de ocasiones te cobran una cantidad extra. Crees que estás protegido, pero tras más de diez años utilizándolo, me han dejado tirado (robado?) Y lo peor, que no tienes con quien comunicar con ninguna de las maneras existentes, unos SINVERGUENZAS, y me estoy mordiendo la lengua!! Para mi se acabó Paypal, no los quiero ni ver!!

This is by far the worst company in customer service.

I use since 2008

I use since 2008. Not much problem till now. I can buy from eBay and fiverr. I can give invoice from business account. U can report to paypal after 2 month if buyer not send item. Paypal will give back your money.+ Open case for refund 30 day. + Refund 2 week. I can withdraw direct to my bank RHB Bank. Withdraw money sometime difficult. One star remove bcoz withdraw fee very high 6% ++. They shoud reduce only 2% - 3%.

einfach nervig

Zahlung über 6€ wird seit tagen abgelehnt obwohl das Konto gedeckt ist und ich mich mehrmals verifiziert habe. Eine Überweisung geht 10x schneller. Wozu braucht man eigentlich noch Paypal?
