Paypal are absolutely shocking! Complete lack of compassion or support. I have been scammed leaving me in debt! Its affecting my mental health and day in day out no-one is helping!

PayPal was goed, nu HELEMAAL NIKS
PayPal was eerst goed, maar nu is het NIKS.Nederlandse werknemers zijn niet aanwezig ivm Corona. Dat is toch raar :S. Dan is het nu een hele foute combinatie samen met een bestellling bij een onbetrouwbare verkoopsite in het buitenland. Totale kostenplaatje €324. Een duur lesje

Thank you PayPal For returning my money after my Account got hacked
On Tuesday 11th of August at 9:09pm I got an email Stating I had authorised a payment of £159 for loads of pet shop vouchers I had a heart attack it even had the hackers delivery address the cheek of it !! as I linked my Barclays debit card for a PayPal one tap which has been convenient I thought the hackers ( I could call them something else a lot worse ) would draw more money I cancelled my card which was easy, I had to google how to flag and report an unauthorised payment through PayPal ...

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Working with PayPal is fine unless you have a dispute, there is no way to contact anyone at PayPal, if you get online to place a dispute they have you going around in circles. I have use PayPal for several years,But will be very cautious from here on out when I use it. They have no concept of customer service, and I do not like to deal with companies that have no respect for my time and Due to that fact I rate them as low as possible.

PayPal's customer service is an abomination. I'm not surprised to see they've got such appalling reviews. After using them for over a decade I have had to raise my first ever dispute regarding a transaction for a fraudulent company that charged me over 10x what I'd signed up to pay for a product which didn't work and signed me up to a yearly subscription without authorisation. Месяц назад моя мама открыла счёт на PayPal, отправила паспорт и ИНН для подтверждения счета, указано, что подтверждают в течении тридцати дней, она очень просила раньше потому, что не смогла оплатить всю сумму продавцу и человек ждёт остатки. Сказали, ничего сделать нельзя, ждите, максимум тридцать дней, прикладываем все усилия, что бы ускорить и бла-бла-бла.
